Why settle for less than you deserve?

Enlighten me, why did you choose second best when you could have it all. Did you really think that low of yourself? Did you really think you didn't deserve better?
Do you still think that low of yourself after all we've been through?
I guess you just take the easy road.
You just decided to do what everyone expected from you.
You come to a certain age where you have to settle down.
Where you have to think about a stable future.
Maybe that's exactly what she can offer you, but nothing more.
Are you really able to leave your freedom and have a nine till five job where you can go home  and sit down on the couch and watch television together?
I'm sure you're able to have so much more than that.
You deserve it.
So why settle for less when you can have the world?
